Situated at the Sarriá district in Barcelona, it suffers from an epidemic of stall vacation causing a spiralling on footfall and urban form decay. KUDA! has developed a strategy and evolution plan for this monument that carefully creates a new materiality from existing reality into a future dialogue with the existing structure.
